Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, grinding, and positioning components before welding.
• Set up and operate MIG welding machines, adjusting voltage, wire feed speed, and gas flow as required.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and alignment of fabricated parts.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe handling of welding equipment.
• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
