Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install shuttering (formwork) for concrete structures.
• Construct and dismantle wooden, steel, or aluminum formwork for columns, beams, slabs, walls, and foundations.
• Ensure formwork is properly aligned, level, and securely fixed before concrete pouring.
• Check dimensions and maintain accuracy according to project specifications.
• Support reinforcement and concrete teams during formwork installation and removal.
• Inspect shuttering materials for defects and ensure they are safe for use.
• Follow site safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
