As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions within broader systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software architecture and delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
  • Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Ability to ensure code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and adherence to development standards.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalability considerations in enterprise software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative technical solutions.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
