Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately in accordance with order specifications.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments while following safe material handling practices.
• Scan, verify, and update inventory and order information accurately using the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and workplace safety within the warehouse.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and damage-free dispatch of products to meet delivery schedules.
• Adhere to warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) and carry out tasks as assigned by the supervisor or warehouse management.
