Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and ensuring proper surface readiness.
• Apply paint and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and airless paint guns while maintaining the required finish quality.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment, including airless spray guns, ensuring safe and efficient usage.
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor, record, and maintain quality parameters throughout the painting process as per established SOPs.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of painting activities and adherence to production schedules.
