Job Description

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Electricians to join our Property Management team in Hyderabad. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties. The role requires adherence to safety standards and timely resolution of electrical issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, lighting, switchboards, DBs, and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore power safely.
• Perform routine inspections of transformers, panels, generators, UPS systems, pumps, and lighting systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company SOPs.
• Record maintenance activities and submit daily work reports.
• Coordinate with the MEP team and Property Manager for maintenance activities.
• Attend emergency electrical breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: ITI (Electrician) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in residential communities, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, malls, or facility management companies.
• Language Skills: Basic English reading and writing is preferred. Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi is an added advantage.
• Age: 21–40 years (preferred).

Required Skills

• Knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with LT panels, DG sets, UPS, pumps, lighting systems, and electrical distribution systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and PPE usage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
