Job Description

We are looking for skilled and reliable Plumbers to join our Property Management team in Hyderabad. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of plumbing and water supply systems in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plumbing maintenance and be committed to delivering quality service while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, sewage, and sanitary systems.
• Attend plumbing complaints and rectify leakages, blockages, and pipe failures.
• Install and maintain pumps, valves, faucets, pipelines, sanitary fittings, and fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify faults and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper functioning of overhead tanks, underground tanks, water pumps, and pressure systems.
• Coordinate with the MEP and Facility Management teams for maintenance activities.
• Maintain daily maintenance records and service reports.
• Follow safety procedures and company SOPs while performing maintenance work.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: ITI (Plumbing) / Diploma in Plumbing / Relevant Trade Certification.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in residential communities, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, malls, or facility management companies.
• Language Skills: Basic English reading and writing is preferred. Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi is an added advantage.
• Age: 21–40 years (preferred).

• Good knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance.
• Ability to read plumbing layouts and drawings.
• Experience in installation and maintenance of pumps, pipelines, valves, sanitary fixtures, and water supply systems.
• Knowledge of drainage, sewage, and rainwater harvesting systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing faults efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and attend emergency breakdowns.
