Key responsibility 

Machine Operation & Setup

• Adjust machine tension, stitch length, and width settings.
• Thread needles, change spools, and replace broken needles.
• Operate single-needle, double-needle, overlock, or flatlock machines.

Assembly & Production

• Align and feed cut fabric pieces accurately into the machine.
• Perform stitching, hemming, seaming, and gathering operations.
• Attach components like zippers, buttons, and elastic bands.
• Meet hourly and daily output quotas set by production management.

Quality Control & Maintenance

• Inspect stitched items continuously for loose threads, skipped stitches, or fabric puckering.
• Separate defective pieces from the main production line.
• Clean and oil the machine, performing minor troubleshooting when jams occur.
