Eligibility Criteria

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Relevant EV or automobile service certification will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for Roadside Assistance (RSA) and vehicle recovery activities.
   

Qualifications:

• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Professional attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile-based service applications.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service electric two-wheelers as per company SOPs.
• Perform preventive maintenance, quality inspections, and Ready-for-Delivery (RFD) checks.
• Handle warranty, chargeable, and complimentary repairs with accurate service documentation and billing support.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop In-Charge, technicians, and customers to ensure timely service delivery and ticket closure.
• Respond to Roadside Assistance (RSA) requests and support field vehicle recovery whenever required.
• Ensure safe handling of lithium-ion batteries, workshop tools, and equipment while adhering to all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Maintain accountability for tools, spare parts inventory, and coordinate material replenishment when needed.
• Prepare daily service reports, maintain service records, and stay updated with the latest EV technologies and diagnostic practices.
• Apply mechanical, electrical, and electronics knowledge to efficiently diagnose and resolve vehicle issues.
