We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Investment Relationship Manager to join Sharekhan in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while also contributing to new client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing clients.
• Handle client requirements related to Stocks and Mutual Funds.
• Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
• 80% Client Servicing & 20% Client Acquisition.
• Work on company-provided leads for new client acquisition.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and business growth.
• Achieve assigned business and client relationship targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Hindi.
• Good grasp of the local language.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Interest in the BFSI/financial services industry.

Training

• 1st Month: Product Training
• 2nd Month: On-the-Job Training
• 3rd Month onwards: Full job responsibilities start.
