• Conduct in-process checks to spot defects early.

• Implement corrective actions for rejected parts.

3. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Perform routine checks on manufacturing machines.
• Coordinate breakdown repairs with the maintenance team.
• Calibrate tools regularly to maintain precision.
• Assist in upgrading existing production machinery.

4. Process Optimization and Cost Control

• Identify bottlenecks that slow down the line.
• Reduce material waste during the cutting or assembly stages.
• Apply Lean tools like 5S and Kaizen.
• Suggest methods to lower production costs. 

5. Documentation and Reporting
