• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with service engineers for timely visits and issue resolution.
• Maintain service records, customer details, and follow-up status.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely closure of complaints.
• Prepare basic service reports and coordinate with internal teams.
