Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update warehouse, inventory, shipment, and order-related data in the system.
• Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, stock, dispatch, and delivery transactions.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using MS Excel.
• Use VLOOKUP to compare and retrieve data from different worksheets.
• Create and maintain Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.
• Use Excel formulas and functions for data validation and reconciliation.
• Perform data checking to identify duplicate, missing, or incorrect entries.
• Update and maintain inventory and shipment records in WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to collect required information.
• Generate MIS reports and share them with supervisors/management.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of warehouse transactions.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain data confidentiality and accuracy.
