Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update inbound, outbound, inventory, and shipment data in the warehouse system.
• Prepare and process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for received materials.
• Verify material details such as SKU, quantity, invoice number, and received quantity before system entry.
• Generate picklists based on customer orders and warehouse requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for picking and order fulfilment.
• Update picking, dispatch, and stock movement transactions in the system.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using MS Excel.
• Use Excel for sorting, filtering, data validation, reconciliation, and report preparation.
• Identify and correct data-entry errors, duplicate entries, and discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward transactions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and warehouse teams regarding system-related issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned data-entry activities.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
