Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Monitor the receipt, unloading, inspection, and storage of incoming materials.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for putaway, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Verify material quantity, SKU, documentation, and system entries.
• Monitor outbound orders and ensure timely dispatch as per schedule.
• Update and monitor inventory transactions in SAP/ERP/WMS systems.
• Track stock movements and identify inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with transporters, customers, and internal teams for dispatch activities.
• Allocate manpower and work assignments based on operational requirements.
• Monitor team productivity, attendance, and daily targets.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain warehouse documentation.
• Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and material handling practices.
• Investigate operational issues and take corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Support stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
