Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, local market activities, referrals, and direct customer interactions.
• Identify potential customers and promote Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband plans and services.
• Conduct door-to-door and area-wise sales activities to achieve assigned targets.
• Explain plans, pricing, benefits, offers, installation process, and service features to customers.
• Convert qualified leads into successful customer orders and activations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the installation and technical teams for timely customer activation.
• Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer KYC and required documents.
• Maintain daily updates of leads, sales, follow-ups, and conversions in the prescribed system/app.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and local influencers to generate recurring leads.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends and share relevant feedback with the reporting manager.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activation targets.
• Ensure adherence to company sales processes, compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.
