Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Visit & Coordination
   • Visit assigned customers as per the daily recovery list.
   • Coordinate professionally with customers for equipment collection.
   • Explain the recovery requirement and complete the process politely.
2. Equipment Recovery
   • Collect Wi-Fi/Fiber equipment such as ONT/Router, Power Adapter, Set-Top Box, Remote, Fiber accessories, etc.
   • Recover DTH equipment including Set-Top Box, Dish-related equipment, LNB, Remote and other applicable assets.
   • Ensure maximum recovery of company assets within the assigned TAT.
3. Asset Verification
   • Verify equipment condition and match Serial Number/Asset ID with the assigned customer record.
   • Check for missing, damaged, or non-functional equipment.
   • Update accurate recovery status in the designated application/system.
4. Documentation & Reporting
   • Capture required customer acknowledgment/proof of recovery.
   • Maintain daily recovery records and submit reports to the supervisor.
   • Immediately report cases where equipment cannot be recovered.
5. Field Productivity
   • Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets.
   • Plan routes efficiently to maximize customer visits and successful recoveries.
   • Follow up on pending, unreachable, or rescheduled customers
