As an NBFC-MFI, most of our business operations are conducted in the field. Our field staff play a critical role in managing the complete loan cycle, from customer acquisition to loan recovery.

Key responsibilities :

• Identifying and sourcing new customers in the assigned area.
• Conducting field visits and explaining loan products and terms to prospective customers.
• Conducting customer and household verification before loan processing.
• Forming and managing customer groups/Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), wherever applicable.
• Collecting and verifying the required KYC and loan-related documents.
• Supporting the branch in loan processing and disbursement activities.
• Regularly visiting customers and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Collecting loan instalments from customers as per the repayment schedule.
• Following up on overdue instalments and supporting recovery activities.
• Monitoring customer repayment behaviour and identifying potential delinquency at an early stage.
• Updating customer and collection information in the company's systems/apps.
• Conducting regular field visits to ensure proper utilisation of the loan and customer engagement.
• Reporting field-level issues, customer concerns, and collection status to the Branch Head.
