We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller – Solar Sales to support lead generation and customer engagement for rooftop solar solutions. The role involves making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining solar solutions, generating qualified leads, and following up with prospective customers until the next stage of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce and explain rooftop solar solutions, products, and services to potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable sales opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls and follow-up activities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule site visits, consultations, or appointments for interested customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams regarding qualified leads and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer information, call records, lead status, and follow-up details in the CRM system.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Bengali and Hindi with basic knowledge of English.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Ability to generate and qualify sales leads.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools will be an advantage.
