We are looking for a Field Executive role responsible for visiting shops, stores, and malls and onboarding eligible merchants.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to shops, stores, and malls for merchant onboarding.
• Approach potential merchants and explain the onboarding process.
• Perform KYC verification and carefully verify required documents.
• Check whether the merchant has a valid GST registration, wherever applicable.
• Verify all documents and merchant details before completing onboarding.
• Complete the onboarding process only after confirming the merchant meets the eligibility criteria.
• Achieve the assigned monthly onboarding target of minimum 60 successful onboardings.
• Maintain accurate records of merchant visits, documentation, and onboarding status.
• Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and onboarding procedures.
