Picker-Packer will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products in a warehouse environment. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently to meet order deadlines while ensuring product safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from inventory as per customer orders using a scanner or picking list.
• Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
• Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe transit.
• Label packages correctly with shipping information.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipping of orders.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain safety standards in the warehouse.
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies in the orders to supervisors or team leads.
• Assist in other warehouse duties as required.
   

Skills & Qualifications:

• Physical fitness for lifting and moving products.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is an advantage.
