Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient food and beverage service while responding promptly to guest requirements.
• Coordinate with the Senior Guest Service Associate (GSA), chefs, and Barker to ensure timely starter and table service.
• Safely handle, place, and remove grills and service equipment as per safety procedures.
• Assist senior team members with table re-laying and service operations during busy periods.
• Deliver excellent guest service and actively contribute to overall guest satisfaction and experience.
• Maintain professional grooming and personal hygiene standards as per company policy.
• Follow all prescribed safety, hygiene, and service protocols.
• Understand service instructions and coordinate effectively with the Senior GSA and Barker to ensure timely starter service.
• Handle mise-en-place and mise-en-scène activities efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned service area.
