We are looking for a technically skilled CCTV Technician responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems across residential, commercial, and institutional premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission IP and analog CCTV cameras.
• Install and configure NVR/DVR, switches, PoE switches, monitors, storage devices, and related equipment.
• Perform CCTV cabling, termination, testing, and cable management.
• Configure cameras, recording schedules, motion detection, and storage settings.
• Configure remote/mobile viewing through network and internet connectivity.
• Troubleshoot camera, NVR/DVR, network, power, and recording issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic health checks of CCTV systems.
• Diagnose issues related to IP addresses, LAN connectivity, PoE, switches, and network communication.
• Replace faulty cameras, power supplies, connectors, hard disks, and other components.
• Maintain CCTV system documentation, camera layouts, asset registers, and service reports.
• Respond to breakdown calls and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with security, facility, electrical, and IT teams where required.
• Ensure proper installation practices, safety standards, and neat cable routing.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of IP CCTV and Analog CCTV systems.
• Hands-on experience with DVR/NVR configuration.
• Knowledge of PoE switches, LAN networking, RJ45 termination, Cat6 cabling, and fiber connectivity.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with CCTV mobile applications and remote monitoring.
• Knowledge of HDD/storage management and recording configurations.
• Ability to use basic electrical and networking testing tools.
• Knowledge of access control, video door phones, or other ELV systems is an advantage.
