Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Support day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store.
• Handle billing, cash counter and POS transactions accurately.
• Arrange and maintain medicines and other pharmacy products as per company guidelines.
• Check stock availability, expiry dates and product displays.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment and store housekeeping.
• Coordinate with the pharmacist and store team for smooth store operations.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Maintain proper records and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
