Job Responsibilities

• Formation and management of Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).
• Facilitate loan disbursement as per organizational guidelines.
• Conduct timely loan collection and follow-up with borrowers.
• Maintain and complete official documentation and manual records.
• Conduct field visits and area surveys to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
