Key Responsibilities

• Generate new solar leads through calling, field visits and referrals.
• Attend customer enquiries and understand solar requirements.
• Explain On-Grid, Off-Grid & Hybrid Solar Systems.
• Explain subsidy, savings, loan and EMI options.
• Conduct customer/site visits.
• Prepare and explain quotations.
• Regularly follow up with customers and close sales.
• Collect required customer documents.
• Update leads and follow-ups in CRM/ERP.
• Coordinate with installation, technical and accounts teams.
• Build relationships with customers, builders and local partners.

Candidate Requirements

• Sales experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer, WhatsApp and CRM knowledge.
• Willing to travel for customer/site visits.
• Two-wheeler preferred (optional).
