The Officer Sales role is a frontline sales position responsible for acquiring new customers, developing business opportunities, and promoting banking and investment products based on customer needs. The position involves daily customer interaction, lead generation, sales activities, and field travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new customer acquisition and sales opportunities for banking and third-party products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase business through existing customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets as per the applicable grade.
• Record and track customer interactions and sales activities through the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, SEBI regulations, and applicable financial-services guidelines.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular customer visits and field activities for lead generation and business development.
