Candidate will be responsible for delivering basic technical and practical training to ITI and Diploma apprentices placed at industry partner locations. The role provides an opportunity for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates to begin their career in technical training, skill development and youth empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions to ITI and Diploma apprentices.
• Explain basic mechanical concepts and practical applications in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Conduct trainee assessments and monitor their learning progress.
• Maintain attendance, training records, and assessment documentation.
• Coordinate with the Head Office and project team for training schedules and activities.
• Support trainees with technical queries and encourage active participation during sessions.
• Ensure training is conducted according to the prescribed curriculum and organizational guidelines.
• Prepare basic reports related to training activities and trainee performance.
