Key Responsibilities

• Tower Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, replace, and troubleshoot telecom equipment, including antennas, radios, RRUs, feeders, coaxial cables, and other tower-mounted equipment.
• Tower Climbing: Safely climb telecom towers to carry out equipment installation, maintenance, replacement, alignment, and retrofit activities.
• Equipment Installation: Perform installation, dismantling, and commissioning of antennas, RF equipment, cables, connectors, and related telecom infrastructure.
• Cable Work: Install, route, terminate, and troubleshoot coaxial, fiber-optic, and power cables as required.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to antennas, radios, transmission equipment, cabling, connectors, and other tower infrastructure.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine preventive maintenance of tower equipment and ensure proper functioning of installed systems.
• Tower Inspection: Carry out visual and physical inspections of towers, antennas, mounting structures, cables, connectors, and other equipment to identify defects or safety concerns.
