The Kitchen Team Member will be responsible for carrying out daily kitchen operations efficiently and consistently. The role involves mise-en-place, food preparation, cooking assistance, and maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, quality, and kitchen discipline. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good personal hygiene, discipline, punctuality, and a clean-shaven appearance.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and willing to work break shifts.
   

Shift Details

• Store Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 AM
• Break Shift: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• ​​​​​​​Meals: 1 meal per shift; employees working break shifts receive 2 meals.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform mise-en-place and food preparation as per requirements.
• Assist in cooking and meal assembly according to company standards.
• Support food packing and dispatch when required.
• Keep the assigned workstation clean, organised, and hygienic.
• Follow instructions, maintain discipline, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
