Key Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities for banking and third-party financial products by acquiring new customers and building strong relationships.
• Manage existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to increase business and product penetration.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the organization as per the applicable grade matrix (BDE, Officer, or Assistant Manager – Sales).
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities through the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, SEBI regulations, and applicable financial-services laws and guidelines.
• Provide professional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
