Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and allocate work to team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage inbound and outbound material handling activities.
• Perform receiving, unloading, checking, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure accurate inventory movement and maintain proper stock records.
• Conduct stock verification, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor loading and unloading of vehicles and ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse teams, and other departments.
• Ensure proper documentation for inward, outward, dispatch, and material movement.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
• Ensure materials are properly identified, stored, and handled to avoid damage or loss.
