Key Responsibilities
- Picking products — Locate and collect items from assigned shelves/bins based on customer orders.
- Packing orders — Pack products safely and accurately according to Zepto standards.
- Order accuracy — Verify item name, quantity, size, and variants before packing.
- Quality checking — Check freshness, expiry dates, packaging condition, and damaged items.
- Inventory handling — Keep products properly arranged and report missing or damaged stock.
- Fast order processing — Complete picking and packing within the required time/SLA.
- Order scanning — Use handheld devices/apps to scan products and update order status.
- Handover — Hand completed orders to delivery partners correctly.
