Job Responsibilities

• Working on the automotive production line in the assigned department and process.
• Handling production parts, components, tools and materials safely and carefully.
• Performing assembly, fitting, inspection, sorting, packing and other production activities as assigned.
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and daily production targets.
• Inspecting parts for visible defects, damage, incorrect fitment or other quality issues and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintaining required production speed while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Operating basic production equipment and hand tools only after appropriate training and authorization.
• Maintaining workplace cleanliness and following 5S practices.
• Complying with company safety rules, PPE requirements and shop-floor discipline.
