Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up parcels from the assigned Flipkart hub or delivery centre and deliver them to customers within the assigned area.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery of parcels to the correct customer/address.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS and navigation applications.
• Verify order details, customer information, and delivery instructions before handing over packages.
• Handle parcels carefully during loading, transportation, and unloading to prevent damage or loss.
• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments or process digital payments, wherever applicable, and maintain accurate records.
• Update pickup, delivery, failed-delivery, return, and payment status through the delivery application.
• Obtain customer confirmation, OTP, signature, or other required proof of delivery.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address basic delivery-related queries.
• Coordinate with the hub supervisor/team regarding delays, incorrect addresses, returns, or other delivery issues.
• Follow all traffic rules, road-safety requirements, and Flipkart operational policies.
• Maintain the bike/two-wheeler in good working condition and report vehicle-related issues promptly.
• Complete daily delivery targets and maintain punctuality and service-quality standards.
