Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound movement of goods and consignments.
• Receive, verify, sort, store, pick, pack, and dispatch materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct physical stock counting and identify stock discrepancies.
• Ensure goods are stored in the correct location with proper labelling.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure safe material handling.
• Check consignments for damage, shortage, excess, or other discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse-related documents, records, and reports.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors.
• Ensure timely processing of receipts, dispatches, and deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping.
• Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and material-handling guidelines.
• Report operational issues, stock discrepancies, and damaged goods to the concerned supervisor.
