We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee the complete manufacturing operations of latex surgical and examination gloves. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of production processes, GMP, quality systems, AQL standards, and manufacturing operations within the disposable surgical gloves industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the complete manufacturing process for latex surgical and examination gloves.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other resources.
• Maintain and implement GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) throughout the production process.
• Ensure compliance with established quality systems, SOPs, and manufacturing standards.
• Monitor AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) requirements and ensure consistent product quality.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production operations.
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor production efficiency, minimize rejection/wastage, and improve overall productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes, quality, and productivity.

Required Skills
