Team Plus is looking for Machine Operators to support day-to-day manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of machine operations, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Perform basic machine checks and report any operational issues.
• Maintain workplace safety and follow all manufacturing guidelines.
• Ensure production activities meet required quality and productivity standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the work area.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of machine operations and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Prior experience as a Machine Operator will be an advantage.
