The role of an optometrist at Specsmakers is different from competing brands and is not limited to only eye check-ups but also includes sales as a critical deliverable. He/she plays a key role in delivering technical expertise through eye-checks, dispensing, and diagnosis, as well as selling products, executing stocktakes, and SOPs to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate eye check-ups and vision correction.

• To consult customers on choosing the right pair of eyeglasses

• To assist customers in providing the right pair of frames and lenses.

• To assist customers in selecting and wearing contact lenses.

• To perform sales and have the ability to achieve targets at the store.

• To handle customer complaints and solve the issues with their vision problem.

• To manage the SOP at the stores and to be a part of the store operations.
