We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
• Confident and polite telephone communication.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Previous telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage
