🔧 Key Responsibilities 

• Operate CNC machines as per production requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Set up machines, load/unload components, and ensure proper tool and fixture positioning.
• Monitor machine operations and maintain required production parameters.
• Perform basic dimensional and quality checks using measuring instruments.
• Identify and report machine, tooling, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain production quality and achieve assigned daily production targets.
• Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain 5S, cleanliness, and discipline at the workstation.
• Handle raw materials and finished components safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
