Program Duration: 1 Year

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have passed 10th through Regular mode.
• Must have completed 2-year ITI from a recognized NCVT/SCVT institute.
• Eligible Trades: Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, MMV, Diesel Mechanic, Painter, and other relevant trades.
• Age: 18–23 years.
   

Working Conditions

• Shift Duration: 8.5 hours per day
• Shift Pattern: Rotational A, B & C shifts as per plant requirements

Stipend & Facilities

• Monthly Stipend: ₹16,250

  • Fixed Stipend: ₹14,800

  • Attendance Bonus: ₹1,450

• Canteen: Subsidized meals during shift hours; approximately ₹20/month deduction.
• Transportation: Bus facility available on designated routes; ₹100–₹600/month as applicable.
• Certification: Government-recognized NCVT Apprenticeship Certificate upon successful completion of the one-year program.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with automated machinery, tools, and production equipment under the supervision of senior technicians.
• Work across manufacturing areas including TCF, BIW, Paint, Powertrain (Engine & Gearbox), Trim, Chassis, and Final Assembly.
• Perform assembly and fitting activities, including installation of electrical harnesses, engines, interior components, and other vehicle parts.
• Assist the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and Central Quality (CQ) teams in identifying defects and maintaining quality standards.
• Support the maintenance team in preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
• Follow all prescribed safety procedures, quality standards, work instructions, and production processes.
