Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned shops and meet with shopkeepers/merchants.
• Promote and explain PhonePe products and services to merchants.
• Conduct merchant onboarding and complete KYC verification as per guidelines.
• Handle QR codes, barcodes, and related merchant materials.
• Address basic service-related queries and provide appropriate support to merchants.
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, onboarding activities, and work updates.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly onboarding targets.
