The Sampling Tailor Trainer is responsible for providing practical and theoretical training in garment stitching, sampling, and tailoring techniques. The role involves developing candidates’ technical skills and preparing them for employment in the garment and apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and classroom training on sampling, tailoring, stitching, and garment construction.
• Demonstrate the use of sewing machines, tools, and equipment.
• Train candidates in cutting, measurement, stitching, finishing, and garment assembly.
• Teach different stitching techniques and quality standards.
• Guide trainees in preparing garment samples according to specifications.
• Conduct practical assessments and evaluate trainees’ performance.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of sewing machines and training equipment.
