• Salary: Last Drawn Salary + Experience-Based Hike
• Incentives: Performance-Based

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive B2B Solar Sales and Business Development within the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage networks of dealers, distributors, EPCs, and commercial/institutional clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and regular follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term B2B customer relationships.
• Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Technical, Projects, and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports to management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Area Sales within the Solar Industry.
• Prior experience with a Solar Company is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of solar products, market dynamics, and customer segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
