Eligibility & Skills

• Prior experience in Picker/Packer, Store Operations, Retail, QSR, Bakery, E-commerce, or Warehouse Operations will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations during assigned shifts.
• Handle high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining service and operational standards.
• Monitor customer and store requirements and communicate operational concerns to the Store Manager.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members through constructive guidance and feedback.
• Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, handling, and dispatch of products/orders.
• Maintain product quality, presentation, and hygiene standards as per company guidelines.
• Assist with store opening and closing activities as assigned.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and security procedures at all times.
• Support inventory handling and ensure proper organization of products within the store.
