Key Responsibilities

• Explain the scope of work, estimated repair time, and cost to customers and obtain job authorization.
• Identify additional repair requirements based on vehicle history and recommend relevant services, campaigns, and offers.
• Coordinate with workshop, insurance, leasing, and other relevant teams for smooth repair execution.
• Track job progress and ensure timely completion as per committed delivery timelines.
• Obtain customer approval for additional work and update revised costs, timelines, and job details in the DMS.
• Proactively communicate repair status and inform customers of any delays.
• Prepare accurate invoices, including warranty, goodwill, and free-of-charge repairs.
• Verify customer details, explain completed work and billing, and ensure proper vehicle handover.
• Maintain a high standard of customer experience and support workshop promotional activities.
