Key Responsibilities

Repair & Service

• Review job cards and clarify repair requirements with the Service Advisor.
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional damage or repair needs.
• Perform repairs and servicing as per manufacturer guidelines and timelines.
• Record work completed, hours, and materials used accurately.
• Identify required parts and tools and coordinate with the Parts Department.
• Report additional repair requirements to the Service Advisor for customer approval.
• Properly label and return warranty, exchange, and unused parts.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards before delivery.
• Use calibrated tools and maintain company tools and equipment properly.
• Keep special tools, equipment, and technical literature clean and organized.

Customer Satisfaction

• Protect customer vehicles and belongings during servicing.
• Ensure replaced/old parts are properly handed over to the customer.
