Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers for timely collection of loan/EMI payments.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue and pending payments.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and address payment-related queries.
• Conduct field visits and verify customer details when required.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, visits, and outstanding accounts.
• Coordinate with branch and credit teams for effective recovery.
• Identify high-risk and overdue accounts and escalate cases as required.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
