Field Sales Executive – Micro Enterprise Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for Micro Enterprise Loans through field visits and local market activities.
• Visit shops, small businesses, traders, and self-employed individuals to identify potential customers.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment schedules, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify KYC, business, income, and other required documents.
• Conduct field verification of applicants, residential addresses, businesses, and income details.
• Assess basic business parameters, including sales, expenses, cash flow, and repayment capacity.
• Submit complete loan applications and supporting documents to the Credit/Branch team.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Verification teams throughout the loan processing cycle.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat and referral business.
• Follow up on EMI payments and overdue accounts as per company policies.
• Maintain accurate daily reports covering leads, applications, approvals, disbursements, and field visits.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
